DARJEELING- first flush
Origin: Giddaphar Estate, Darjeeling India. First Flush means that this tea was picked in March. It has a light vegetal taste that all first flush Darjeelings share. A tea for all occasions, though typically enjoyed without cream or sugar.
PUMPKIN SPICE
A medium black tea that sings the notes of crisp autumn days filled with good company around the fireplace. Perfect with honey, milk and/or sugar.
VINTAGE EARL GREY
Origin: Sri Lanka. The well-loved tradition of Italian bergamot black tea with an added twist of lavender, rose petals and a faint hint of rosemary.
ENGLISH BREAKFAST- Organic
Origin: India, Ceylon & China. Whole leaf black tea. A sweet and fruity blend of Indian, Ceylon, and Chinese teas. With a light body this tea is substantial enough to add milk and sugar; however, it can also be enjoyed without adding anything.
BLACK JASMINE CREAM
Sweet and fruity tea with Black tea, green tea and Jasmine. Taste is initially jasmine with a fruity sherbet aftertaste. Velvet and Vanilla. This one is sure to please.
ASSAM BROKEN LEAF
Origin: Assam, India. Brews quickly with full body. A good every day tea that is inexpensive yet still flavorful. Excellent with milk and sugar. Graded GBOP (Golden Broken Orange Pekoe), this tea is a Second Grade tea with uneven leaves and few tips.
CASABLANCA- Organic
Origin: China. Green, black, peppermint, a whiff of bergamot, Sweet and pungent. Drink it hot, iced, alone, or with sugar.
LAPSANG SOUCHONG- Organic
Origin: Jianxi, Henan, China. A smokey, robust tea dominated by scent and flavor of wood smoke. Leaves were withered over pine or cedar fires, pan-fired, rolled & oxidized before being dried in bamboo baskets over burning pine.
SNODGRASS SPICE
Special blended black tea with orange, light citrus and cinnamon taste. Orange peel, apple, almond, cinnamon, rose petals, natural cinnamon, orange flavor.
GOLDEN ASSAM
Origin: Assam, India. Great breakfast tea best drunk with milk or cream. One of the finest Assam teas, which are prized for their rich, malty, and robust cup character. 2015 Second Flush STGFOP-1 Clonal Assam.
VIETNAM BLACK
A relative newcomer to the international tea world, Vietnam Black brews a deep, dark mahogany color and is bold and robust on the palate. Flavor profile is woodsy with bright citrus notes and lingering malt qualities for a sweet, smooth finish. A solid, black tea that is quite enjoyable on its own but takes milk and sugar quite well.
CRIMSON CEYLON
This is a classic Ceylon tea with a medium body, hints of delicate floral notes, woody undertones, and an apple-noted brightness. The brew is smooth, with clean finish. Perfect for an afternoon tea! Grade FBOP
PEACH APRICOT BLACK
A flavory and tasty combination of mellow peaches with deep full flavored apricots. Makes an absolutely tremendous iced tea.
PERSIAN BLACK

LAVENDER GREEN
In most cases, peppermint tends to take over a blend; in this tea, the peppermint actually enhances the flavor of the lavender, while lingering only in the background as a subtle hint and aftertaste. If ever there was a good bedtime green tea, this blend would be it.
BOHEMIAN RASPBERRY
This tea has an incredible raspberry aroma with a sweet green tea (slightly grassy). Because Sencha has a smooth, almost honey-like taste it pairs perfectly with the fruity sweetness of the raspberries.

KABUSE SENCHA
Origin: Wazuka, Kyoto, Japan. Tea-tender's choice. Rich and intense, a lasting umami taste with notes of melon & asparagus. Jade-green in color it has a grassy aroma with subtle hints of clover. Shaded from the sun for two weeks and harvested in spring, Kabuse Sencha is the highest grade tea available.
SENCHA OF BRIGHTNESS
Pale yellow in color, Brightness has a floral aroma with gentle tones of elderberry. It is a medium-bodied tea with a subtle umami taste and underlying notes of avocado and apricot. Before its summer harvest, it is shaded from the sun for two weeks which creates a smooth and airy Sencha.

Origin: Fujian Province, China. Hand-rolled green tea leaves scented w/ finest Fujian jasmine.
TEMPLE OF HEAVEN GUNPOWDER
Origin: Zhejiang, China. Strong green tea with slight roasted quality and coppery finish. The tea leaves are specially selected for quality, size and style. They are rolled into very small tight nuggets.
GENMAICHA- Organic
Origin: Japan. Nutty roasted aroma and natural green earthy flavor. Its distinctive smooth and mild flavor come from a harmonious blend of young sencha leaves and roasted brown rice. Sencha bestows a natural sweetness, as well as a satisfying sheer green color.
HOJICHA
Origin: Wazuka, Kyoto, Japan. Medium-bodied with a sharp finish, this tea presents an energizing astringent taste with undertones of walnut. When steeped it has a red-tinted amber color and a powerful woody aroma with notable hints of oak. Made by roasting Sencha, Hojicha Amber, has the most intense flavor among all Hojichas.

FLOATING FORESTS OF NEEDLES
Origin: Hunan, China. A sweet, earthy fragrance and sweet, woody, mellow taste. The yellow-silver color and needle-shaped leaf give this tea its name. This tea is perhaps best known in this century as the favorite tea of Chairman Mao. Only 5 ancient tea plants are known to produce this tea, planted south of Dong Ting Lake in Jun Mountains. A must-try and must-have for people who are after exotic imperial rare teas.
White Tea
PAI MU TAN "WHITE PEONY"
Origin: Fujian, China. The 2nd highest grade of white tea under silver needle. Clear, slightly pale cup with fresh aroma and smooth velvety flavor. Delicate jammy notes reminiscent of Keemun of a mild Bordeaux.
POMEGRANATE PAI MU TAN
Origin: Fujian, China. The pleasant aroma and flavor of pomegranate is infused into this high quality white tea.
BLUEBERRY PAI MU TAN
Blending the goodness of fresh blueberries with a white Pai mu tan from Fujian, this tea heralds sweet luscious notes of berry floating over the jammy character of the base tea.
Oolong
TIE GUAN YIN
Origin: Anxi, Fujian, China. Oolong tea that is sweet and thick with a hing of orchid aftertaste. Bright aromas and flavors that are incredibly fresh with sweet, mellow grassy undertones. Sweet, smooth, tangy and lively flavors holding up to a surprising number of steepings.
PHOENIX BIRD OOLONG
Origin: Guangdong, China. This select tea was tribute tea in the Song Dynasty. This strain is light and slightly astringent, with a hint of tropical fruit. An absolute delight, from the lovely black leaves, to the complex aroma of the infusion which is a lovely golden yellow liquor, with a complex delicate woody, fruity taste.
GINSENG OOLONG
Origin: Fujian Province, China. This is an invigorating blend of oolong tea and ginseng.This tea has the rich, crisp taste of oolong with a stronger, pleasing aftertaste. The aroma is fragrant and the hue is golden-brown. This tea is produced by tightly compressing the tea leaves into the shape of tiny tablets. The infusion yields an amber colored beverage with a mesmerizing orchid aroma.
MILK OOLONG
Origin: Taiwan. A unique silky texture & intense milk aroma, like milk toffee or hard milk candy & a floral undertone. Flavors of coconut milk and vanilla-infused cream fade into a lingering, sweet-green aftertaste.
WATERMELON OOLONG
This is a very refreshing green oolong blend with strong overtones of watermelon. Great as an iced tea or hot. Try cold steeping over night to bring out an even more intense flavor.
